Maryland’s Tallest Menorah Lit For Hanukkah

BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Tonight marks the start of Hanukkah and hundreds turned out at the Inner Harbor for the lighting of Maryland’s tallest menorah!
This is the 6th Baltimore Hanukkah Festival including a fireworks display, a parade of menorah-topped cars and of course the ceremonial lighting of a 32-foot steel menorah.
Hanukkah commemorates the re-dedication of the holy temple in Jerusalem and the fight for religious freedom.
